About the role
Mercor is looking for Healthcare Executives at small provider organizations to contribute to a targeted research study with a leading AI lab. This study focuses on how leadership teams navigate payer relationships, insurance exposure, and operational trade-offs in small clinical settings. You will provide strategic insights into how insurance considerations influence organizational decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Current role in Executive Leadership (e.g., CEO, COO, CFO, CTO/CIO/CDO, or Head of Contracting/Managed Care)

Works within a healthcare provider organization (e.g., clinic, hospital, behavioral health practice)

Exposure to insurance-related decisions or strategy

Experience operating in small, high-accountability environments
