Observed role mix
Each listing is assigned once using title and description keywords, with medical and legal classification taking precedence over coding and general AI-training language.
Platform observations
The pay median uses only listings that explicitly include USD currency and a normalizable maximum. Hourly values assume 40 hours per week and 52 weeks divided by 12. It is not a promise of available hours or earnings.
Most common eligibility labels
Source feeds vary in how they express location. Country codes are counted when supplied; otherwise the index separates broadly remote records from those with no usable location.
How to interpret this index
The index measures listings visible to Synthenova, not the entire AI labor market. A larger platform count can reflect source coverage, posting duration, or taxonomy as well as actual hiring activity. One organization may publish several specialized roles, and similar records are not merged unless their normalized title, employer, and description are exact matches.
“New this month” uses the source posting or creation timestamp. “Removed this month” uses the point when the local record became inactive. A removal can mean that a role closed, expired, changed identifiers, or disappeared from the source response; Synthenova does not infer why. Median time since posting is descriptive and must not be read as time-to-hire.
Credentials and candidate outcomes
Credential counts look only for explicit terms such as doctorate, MD, JD, licensure, bar admission, or board certification. They miss equivalent phrasing and should be treated as a conservative text observation. The downloadable file contains aggregates, never individual job descriptions or candidate records.
Candidate outcomes are withheld until at least 20 optional reports exist in the relevant aggregate. The present report does not yet meet that publication threshold. This prevents a few responses from appearing representative and protects contributors from indirect identification.

The public CSV exposes the same summary, platform, and domain totals shown here with an observation timestamp.
